Weather in Okinawa on September 4th
👋 Haisai! This is CULT.
Starting the Okinawa weather report for 4th September 2025.
Today in Okinawa, it was quite typically hot and warm. However, filming wasn’t difficult or unpleasant. I don’t really feel that Okinawa is extremely hot. The sea breeze surprisingly alleviates a lot of discomfort. So, even when I’m under the sun all day, I don’t feel hot; I just want to wash off the stickiness from dried sweat quickly. Today’s temperature was a high of 32°C and a low of 28°C, which is almost the same every day, and Typhoon No. 15, Peipa, has no connection to Okinawa, so there’s no forecast for it.
Okinawa Weather Video for 4th September 2025
Today’s Okinawa weather video features footage from Miebashi, American Village, and Umikaji Terrace. Since it’s summer anyway, it’s a bit tricky to advise on what to pack. Just make sure to bring cool clothing!

This morning in Miebashi. I woke up a bit early to catch up on work I couldn’t do yesterday due to filming all day. It seems it rained last night. Just by opening the balcony window, you can immediately tell whether it rained at dawn from the feel of the humidity. The difference is that noticeable.

I’ve heard there’s a nice bento shop over there, and it seems that’s the one. I’ll check it out and let you know. This area is surrounded by companies, schools, and residential areas, so I have a feeling it might be quite good. I saw quite a few people coming out with bento boxes from there since the morning.
American Village

After arriving at the American Village, I took a short walk and felt thirsty, so I bought a zero soda. This is a Seven-Eleven private brand product, and it tastes like Ambasa. Since the weather is hot, give it a try, it’s delicious. It’s 108 yen.

While filming at Sunset Beach, there was a brief delay, so I took a shot of the beach. As the tide gradually comes in, the emerald hue starts to appear. It seems that the holiday season is definitely over, as the number of tourists is noticeably decreasing.

This is the view of Depot Island around 2 PM. The sunlight is very intense. I think this might be the hottest time of the day. An umbrella is essential.

As expected, the sunlight was intense and I was sweating a lot, so I tried the new Lawson PB product, Earl Grey. It has a slight lemon aftertaste, which isn’t quite my style. I wish they would sell something like barley tea as a PB product.

This is the GiGO arcade. It’s a franchise arcade found all over Japan. It’s the coolest place in Okinawa. The air conditioning is stronger than at Starbucks, so after filming at American Village, I pop in here for a quick break. I don’t play games, just buy a drink from the vending machine and watch people play. It’s like a paradise in the summer heat of American Village. [Related Post]

This is Nishihara Kirakira Beach. It’s usually a beach frequented by Okinawa locals, so there aren’t many tourists, especially on weekdays. The facilities are tailored more for locals than tourists, making it a suitable beach for those who have visited Okinawa several times. [Google Map]
Okinawa West Coast

This is the sky of Okinawa taken from Senaga Island. Today, I’ve visited for another Okinawa rental car review. Lately, I’ve been filming every day, so I’m also doing rental car reviews daily. I’m quite… busy. And it’s pretty hot here too. There are also mosquitoes in the forest.

[Umikaji Terrace] captured at sunset. The sun looked incredibly large today, but unfortunately, I was driving at the time. I was so tired that all I could think about was getting home quickly to rest.

At this time, it should usually be bustling with tourists, but there aren’t that many people around. It’s sunset, yet there was enough space to park on the road. Perhaps it’s because it’s September… In August, parking on the road at this time would be unthinkable.

Today, I’m on my way home after finishing all my schedules. Once I get home, I’ll organise my photos, have dinner, take a shower, and wrap up the Okinawa weather report for 4th September 2025. Now, I also need to proceed with editing the [Okinawa Snap] photos. I had originally planned a holiday for next week, but I intend to catch up on editing, content creation, and developing a plugin for an Okinawa restaurant map. All the posts I write about restaurants will be displayed on the map, making it easier for you to find great places to eat. I’ve already completed half of it…
For the next 10 days… Okinawa is just expected to be hot, so I’ll skip the weather forecast. I’ll wrap it up here and return tomorrow with more Okinawa weather updates. Matayasai 👋
