Weather in Okinawa on October 16th

Starting the Okinawa weather report for 16th October 2025.
Today in Okinawa, it was generally a clear day, but there was a rather heavy shower between 2 PM and 4 PM. My shoot was scheduled to start at 5 PM, so it wasn’t affected, and I was able to shoot in even better conditions.
The temperature reached a high of 33°C and a low of 27°C, which was quite warm, but the cool breeze made it not too hot. Of course, for those visiting from Korea today, it might have felt very hot.

This is a snapshot before leaving for work at American Village. It was raining quite a bit, but by the time I set off, the rain had almost stopped. There was a little rain on the way to American Village, but it was light enough for the wipers on the first setting for about 10 minutes. After that, it didn’t rain, and the temperature and air quality remained pleasantly good.
We arrived at the American Village, but due to the client’s delay caused by traffic, we started the shoot halfway through the sunset. It was a bit disappointing not to capture more of the earlier part, but we made the most of the short time we had left.
After finishing the filming work, here is the view of Depot Island that we captured. On a Thursday evening, it should be quite crowded, but it feels a bit less busy. As the holidays in Korea and Taiwan have ended, there are definitely fewer tourists. This allowed us to complete a sufficient amount of filming in a short time.
Since there are fewer weather photos today, we are mostly using photos taken by our customers at sunset. It was definitely a day for summer clothes. Until the end of October, Okinawa is certainly in summer mode. It’s good to prepare accordingly if you’re visiting. [Okinawa Snap Photography]

Okinawa Weather Forecast
Here is the 10-day weather forecast for Okinawa.
On the 19th and 20th of October, I have quite a busy schedule with outdoor filming… I’m already worried. From the 21st to the 25th, I’m on holiday. There might be a typhoon coming. Anyway, since I haven’t had much time off since the summer holiday season in August, I really want to take a break this time. Well… I’ll probably just be editing during my holiday. There’s no talk of a typhoon yet, but if there are any updates, I’ll keep posting them. Even during my holiday, I won’t stop writing weather posts.
