Okinawa weather on June 14, 2025
Since I’m not in Okinawa until today, a friend kindly sent me a photo of the Okinawa weather. It was another hot day, but overall it was cloudy, so the sunlight wasn’t too harsh.
A Small Fuzhou in Okinawa: Fukushuen
When travelling to Naha, Okinawa, I recommend visiting Fukushu-en as a worthwhile stop. It’s nearby, and you can enjoy a short walk while feeding the carp and having a delightful time with the children.

There was a forecast for rain today, but it didn’t rain. Since I briefly visited Korea from the afternoon, I only included the weather information for Okinawa in the morning.

It was a day with blue skies and pretty clouds from morning till evening. Although there was a brief drizzle in the evening, it was just a light rain, and while it was hot, the coolness set in from the evening, breaking the heat.
Naminoue Shrine
When enjoying a trip to Okinawa, having a rental car can make your journey much more convenient. However, if you’re driving in Japan for the first time and feel a bit apprehensive, why not visit Naminoue Shrine, which is dedicated to the gods of the sea and safety, to pray for your safety?

The heat has slightly lessened compared to yesterday. However, it’s still hot. It’s only natural to bring summer clothes, and although there was a forecast for rain, not a single drop fell.

It was another very hot day today. However, the blue sky and clouds were so beautiful that they probably made visitors to Okinawa feel good.

It was a very hot day. The highest temperature rose to 33 degrees Celsius, but since there was quite a bit of wind, I think it was a day where coolness and heat coexisted.
The weather in Okinawa on 7th June 2025
On 7th June 2025, Okinawa was hot but showcased a very beautiful and stunning sunset. In the evening, there was a lot of traffic due to the Depot Island fireworks event. The fireworks display takes place regularly every Saturday at 8 PM.
