Okinawa has its own traditional breed of pig known as Agu. It’s an incredibly delicious breed, although its slow growth rate makes it quite expensive. However, it’s truly worth trying at least once. Today’s introduction to Okinawa’s culinary delights is Agu Ryumi, a restaurant specialising in Agu pork tonkatsu.
