Starting the Okinawa weather report for 26th November 2025.
Today, Okinawa was quite cool. I wandered around in a short-sleeved shirt and shorts in the morning, and it was breezy enough to make me think I needed warmer clothes. Although short sleeves and shorts are still fine in the afternoon, it’s definitely the time of year when even light long clothes are essential at night. You could say summer has come to an end.

This afternoon near the Futenma base. They are probably American soldiers, and the fitness test for them is quite challenging. It seems like perfect weather for a marathon.
Today, I arrived a bit early at the American Village. I was working at Zhivago Coffee. The atmosphere here is perfect for working, making it easy to concentrate. It’s a café I visit almost every day.
Now, all the clothing stores have started displaying long and warm clothes. Today, you could definitely feel the drop in temperature.
I’m on my way to a shoot now… The weather is really nice. It’s the perfect time to travel if you have light but long clothing.
In the fashion section of Aeon Mall, they mainly sell these kinds of clothes now. Most of them are warm clothing. Of course, I’m not sure if you really need to dress this warmly in Okinawa by my standards. Having lived in places much hotter and much colder than Okinawa, to me, no matter how hot it gets, it doesn’t feel particularly warm, and the concept of cold doesn’t even exist.
This is the view of Sunset Beach in the evening. The sea water is definitely cold now. I think it would be too chilly for swimming. When the sea water temperature is this low, the likelihood of a typhoon forming decreases. It seems that during my time living in Okinawa, I will end up leaving without ever experiencing a typhoon.

It’s a night scene, so it would be helpful to observe how people are dressed to prepare for your trip.
On the way back home… I’m waiting for the tow truck due to a car breakdown. Fortunately, the car broke down in the city, so I was able to get it sorted quickly and return home. I waited for about an hour, and since I didn’t feel like sitting, I wandered around outside a bit, and it was quite cool.

Well… the rain forecast for Friday has disappeared again. It seems the rain has moved to the 1st. I have a busy schedule on the 1st, so I hope it gets pushed back a bit. As for me… I’m on holiday from the 4th, so if it’s going to rain, I hope it pours after the 4th.
