Weather in Okinawa on October 26th

Starting the Okinawa weather report for 26th October 2025.
Today in Okinawa, it was generally quite cloudy. Although there were moments when the blue sky peeked through, it would be more accurate to simply say it was cloudy all day. As we gradually approach the end of summer, it seems unlikely that temperatures will rise above 30 degrees. So, while it might feel a bit warm if you walk briskly during the day, it has definitely become cooler in the evenings.
The highest temperature was 28 degrees Celsius, and the lowest was 26 degrees Celsius.

Today, I’m sharing another glimpse from Miebashi. As it’s the last day of my holiday, I haven’t gone anywhere, so it’s more of the same footage. From tomorrow, I’ll upload a bit more variety in the clips.

This is the view around Tomari around lunchtime today. I’m on my way out for lunch. It was cloudy in the morning, and it’s endlessly cloudy in the afternoon as well. However, the advantage is that it’s not too hot, and walking around the neighbourhood doesn’t make you sweat.
Today, I’m at Tomari Port. Whenever there’s a shoot, it almost always includes photos of the sea, but since I don’t usually go near the sea during holidays, it’s nice to be out for a stroll. At this time, there should be plenty of ferries coming in, but there aren’t any docked.
I was out for about an hour, and it definitely doesn’t feel like summer in Okinawa. If only the weather were a bit clearer, it would be a very pleasant time to travel and enjoy a summer that’s not too hot. Of course, the downside is that the beaches are gradually closing. However, for travellers who aren’t planning on swimming, it’s quite a good time to visit.
This is Miebashi in the evening. Looking at the sky, the moon is very clear, and the clouds are gently floating by, suggesting that the clouds have mostly cleared up since the evening. It’s expected to be cloudy tomorrow as well, but I hope it turns out to be a clear day.

This is the current rain cloud radar around Okinawa. It doesn’t particularly look like it’s going to rain, but… the weather can change again by tomorrow morning, so it’s best to check with your own eyes. Still, the weather forecast for this week that was predicted last week and the one I saw today are definitely different. Originally, it was supposed to rain all week, but that forecast has disappeared. There’s still about a 40% chance of rain, but… it doesn’t seem like it will rain much. I have outdoor filming scheduled all week, so I hope the rain stays away. [Source: AccuWeather]
