Weather in Okinawa on October 22nd

Starting the Okinawa weather report for 22nd October 2025.
Since I’m on holiday today, I’m relaxing and working on photo editing in Naha. So, it’s all about Naha, and I took some weather photos and videos while popping out for some shopping in the evening.
It’s clear that more and more people in Okinawa are wearing long clothes. With a high of 29 degrees and a low of 25 degrees, it’s still summer temperatures, but Okinawans are sensitive to both heat and cold. So, if you’re someone who feels the cold easily, it might be a good idea to pack a set of long clothes for your trip to Okinawa.

This morning’s view of Miebashi.
It was raining quite a bit, so I captured a shot. From what I remember, it rained quite a lot in the morning, but it stopped in the afternoon, changing to occasional drizzle.

In the afternoon, there was a light drizzle, but by evening, the rain had stopped. Seeing this, I decided to capture a shot of the Miebashi River while heading out for a quick grocery run. It seems like the water is intentionally held back, as there’s no flow. From tomorrow, the chance of rain is expected to decrease, but it’s necessary to store water related to the water supply in Okinawa.

This is Ryubo Mart. It’s a large mart with an Okinawan brand, and along with Sanei Mart, it’s one of the places I visit the most. An interesting point about this evening is… there are many people wearing long clothes. Personally, I don’t feel cold at all. But it’s not hot either.

On my way back from grocery shopping at the mart, I used my bicycle… There was a lot of traffic, so I took a shortcut. As I was passing by, I noticed Fujiya. The food here is delicious. It’s a recommended place to eat.

Okinawa Weather Forecast

Here is the 10-day weather forecast for Okinawa.
My holiday lasts until the 26th, and I resume work on the 27th. Fortunately, the chance of rain is quite low when I start filming. I hope the weather stays clear and not cloudy. In the case of Ishigaki Island or Miyako Island, rain clouds are still hovering above, so the rain continues to fall. These rain clouds seem to be lingering over Okinawa for quite some time.
