Prague Sunset Photo Shoot: A Golden Day
A day in Prague, from Charles Bridge (Karlův most) at sunset to the Old Town (Staré Město) at night
Hi, I’m author S.
Today I’d like to give you a quick look at photos from a Prague shoot that ran for 2 hours during the day, followed straight away by 1 hour at night. This shoot also has a lot of sunset photos.

Prague Sunset Photo Shoot Summary
The shoot continued from daytime into the night, with lots of photos taken around sunset.
Details
Today’s starting point is Our Lady of Exile 😀
I remember there were a few people around even in the evening that day.

A shot of them walking against the sky, as cute as ever 😀

A shot flooded with sun flare. The conditions for this kind of photo.. it needs to be around sunset, and the outline of the sun needs to be visible!

They take a walk through the Lesser Town (Malá Strana) 😀
By the way, the bouquet and veil are props I own.

You can always count on Cihelná 😀

They walk across Charles Bridge (Karlův most), bathed in sun flare.

Letenská Street (Letenská) 😀
I used to shoot here a lot in my early days of doing photo shoots in Prague.. After a break, I’d started shooting here often again the previous year. The idea is to catch an old tram passing by.. but time around sunset is very limited, and I can’t throw off the balance of the whole shoot just for one tram photo.. So, sadly, I gave up on the old tram.

They walk across Mánes Bridge (Mánesův most). A photo like this really makes it feel like.. yes, you’ve been to Prague!

This was a sunset shot I’d been taking a lot around that time. It may look simple, but it takes a little longer to set up than you’d think. There were clouds at sunset that day, and with clouds, the sunset lasts longer ⏳, so I gave it a try. The key is getting the horizontal and vertical lines perfectly aligned. They matter in photography.

As for my style.. I always focus on simple, clean photos, with a solid grasp of the fundamentals.
Rather than chasing trends just for a few Instagram likes, I want photos that your children and their children will still find beautiful 10 or 20 years from now. Those are the photos that never go out of style 😀
As I’ve mentioned many times before, the heart of Sarangbi Snap’s photography is “family harmony and happiness.”

Congratulations on your marriage. I wish you both lasting health and happiness.
We were lucky to have such a beautiful sunset, and I really enjoyed the shoot too.
Thank you.
Booking Information
I’ll post a separate announcement if I do photo shoots in Prague.
If I do photo shoots in Prague, you can expect to pay about 250,000 KRW for 1 hour during the day, or around 400,000 KRW for 3 hours spanning day and night: 2 hours during the day and 1 hour at night. The 3-hour shoot would include 30 edited photos and 450 original photos. I’m not currently doing photo shoots or taking bookings in Prague. I’ll post a separate announcement if I do.
- I shot for 2 hours during the day, followed straight away by 1 hour at night. That made 3 hours in total, combining day and night.
- I take them when shooting from late afternoon through sunset. The outline of the sun also needs to be visible.
- I didn't wait for an old tram that day. Time around sunset is limited, so I couldn't throw off the balance of the whole shoot just for one tram photo.
- There were clouds that day, so the sunset lasted a while and I gave it a try. It may look simple, but it takes a little time to set up. Getting the horizontal and vertical lines aligned is key.
- I take simple, clean photos that never go out of style. I want them to still look beautiful to your children and their children 10 or 20 years from now.
